Joanne Torfin receives award in Bismarck

Rotary Dist. 5580 Governor Craig Loughery presented Joanne Torfin with a certificate in recognition of Torfin’s Award for Club Service at the district conference May 13-14 in Bismarck. Torfin is the Park Rapids club’s recording secretary and the only member able to attend this year's conference.
