With these simple lab screenings, you and your provider can get information about your general health.
Your blood screening includes:
Lipid profile (cardiovascular risk)
Total cholesterol
Triglyceride
HDL cholesterol (“good” cholesterol)
LDL cholesterol (“bad” cholesterol)
Glucose (diabetes)
Creatinine (kidney function)
Hemoglobin (anemia)
White blood count (infection)
ALT (liver function)
Fasting is not required.
