This year’s Park Rapids Rotary Club Vocational Scholarship winner is Isabel Nevala, a senior at Park Rapids Area High School, from Menahga. She plans to attend Alexandria Technical and Community College to study speech-language pathology. The $2,500 scholarship is awarded after a student has completed the first semester at an accredited vocational school and successfully registered for the second semester.
