Rotary gives Robotics Team a boost
Park Rapids Rotary Club hosted Nevis Tech-No-Tigers FRC Team 3102 Robotics Team Wednesday, April 13. The team will be representing the area at the For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (FIRST) Robotics World Championship in St. Louis, MO later this month. The club pledged up to $1,000 as a match for member contributions. The result was a $2,360 donation from Park Rapids Rotary to the team. Club president John Rasmussen (left) and hostess Missy Lindow welcomed the team Wednesday.
