Sophomore and juniors are encouraged to apply to participate at the Rotary Youth Leadership Academy in July at the University of Minnesota Crookston. The Park Rapids Rotary Club will award scholarships for students from Park Rapids, Nevis and Menahga who apply. Contact your school counselor.
