Mary Thompson, executive director of the Heartland Lakes Development Commission (HLDC), guided a tour of The Hangar and answered questions for the program Jan. 13. The City-owned building, north of the fire hall, has been remodeled as a cooperative working space with a wide format printer, copier-scanner and conference room. Video equipment for the conference room has been ordered. The HLDC office also has moved from the courthouse to the beautiful new space.
