The Park Rapids Rotary Club won the Civic Cup Saturday at the Bemidji Dragon Boat Festival. Ed Ranson (left) and Mark Hewitt talked about the win at this week’s club meeting. The team’s fearless leader Katy Freitag was unable to attend. The Wavemakers finished 9th out of 54 teams. Congratulations! Well done!
